Bar Food
The hotel bar is known as Teach Pháidin. Bar Food is served in this bar from 1pm-9pm every day seven days a week all year round . It is advisable to book your table in advance especially during the high season and over the busy weekends.
Óstán Loch Altan is renowned for the high quality and the excellent choice of food that is served in the bar. You are assured of friendly and efficient service, which is provided by our staff, all of whom are sourced locally and are proficient in both Irish and English.
As well as the regular bar food menu, we also provide a special two course menu option from Monday through to Friday, which represents very good value to our guests. Our waiting staff will offer you the choice of the regular menu or the two course special menu when you are seated at your table. We also provide a full bar table service, which comprises a wide selection of beverages to include an extensive wine and cocktail menu.
Here, at the end of the day, you can unwind and relax and soak up the unique atmosphere created by ceol, caint agus craic in this cosy and comfortable bar. Every Friday from 5-9 you and a friend can each enjoy a 10 oz. Sirloin Steak served with a sauce of your choice, onion rings and a side of Chips for just €36. We also offer a Children’s Menu, which has a wide choice and represents very good value to the younger guests.
